The Connecticut State University System Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that promotes, encourages and assists education and research within the Connecticut State University system. The foundation solicits donations and accepts gifts, grants and bequests to support its work. The foundation is located at the CSU System Office, 39 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105. A board of directors oversees and guides the operation of the foundation. Each director is elected to serve a three-year term. Directors are elected during the foundation's annual meeting by members of the board of directors. The foundation is governed by a set of bylaws.
